You are already a trusted adviser, consultant or sales professional.

As a trusted adviser to your clients, your perceived value and credibility increase exponentially when you are able to suggest alternate solutions which you and your company do not offer. Your awareness of alternate solutions makes you more valuable as an expert and consultant. Your ability to speak to and recommend our solutions - or at a minimum, facilitate an introduction to help your client eliminate a pain point - has no downside.

As an Affiliate, you can be as engaged as you want to be. We will commit to occasionally sending you updates to keep you aware of our services and solutions and how we might add value for you and your clients at the right time. We're not just a staffing company; we're an opportunity company!


 

THE NUMBERS

Most referral programs in our industry pay $250 – $500 USD, and some up to 5% of fees, for a permanent placement. The Argus Affiliate Referral Program pays twice as much – 10% commissions. If you help a client solve a problem, we believe you should be rewarded and we should share the financial rewards with you. Our goal is a win-win partnership with our Affiliate Referrers. We pay 10% commissions on simple referrals which turn into sales in two categories:

  • Technology: IT Infrastructure Opportunities
  • Talent: Staffing and Recruiting Opportunities

HEALTHCARE UPDATE

Healthcare is our primary vertical industry for IT and Talent Services; and, we are currently negotiating with a national hospital group purchasing organization (GPO) to be scheduled as a service provider on their approved national vendor list. As a result, we are looking for a couple more healthcare-related organizations for which we can provide staffing/recruiting support in order to add to our list of references. Introduce us and we will take care of them!
