Company Background and Corporate Culture

The Company is a multi-national professional services, consulting and advisory firm. The Company continues to expand its
public service offerings in parallel with its commercial advisory, audit, tax and consulting lines. The Company is responding to
increasing demand for Federal human capital consulting to transform human capital operations and performance.

The Company is driven to make a purposeful impact that matters. This intent defines the relationship and value delivered to its
clients, its people and the communities in which it serves. The Company is also committed to broader empowerment, inspiration
and transformation through a focus on education, skill-specific volunteerism, community giving, leadership development and

inclusive environment, encouraging each person to bring their own self to work. The Company’s leadership, consultants and
professionals have personal goals and want to make a meaningful impact while achieving peak personal performance.

Position Purpose

According to a recent 2017 market analysis, “the 2017 projected growth rate for the US consulting market is eight (8) percent,
with industry projections hovering in the three (3) percent to 12 percent range. That rate of projected growth eclipses the 7.1%
percent actual growth figure from 2016.” The research also “projects that by the end of 2018, the US consulting market will have
to increase its human capital number nearly 78,000 to satisfy current demand.” Three trends are cited as key sources of fuel
increasing the demand for Federal and commercial human capital transformation:

1. The impact of the integration of management and technology consulting,
2. The increasing importance of data and analytics in the consulting process and
3. The increasing tension between talent demand and supply which is fueling the war for talent.

Our Professional Perspective on this Opportunity

Like it states elsewhere in this position profile, this is not a job and it’s not a career. If someone is fortunate, they will have an opportunity once or twice in their lifetime to participate in something of this significance. For an experienced prior leader, this is an opportunity to achieve something bigger than being a big fish in a small pond. Reminiscent of the famous quote, “For a time such as this…,” it could be that all of your prior professional experiences have created a mosaic of capabilities, relationships and learning which uniquely have prepared you for an opportunity of this scope and magnitude. From our perspective, we believe you will reap a number of additional benefits over time, such as,

1. JOB SECURITY. The Company and the industry in which they operate are in hyper-growth because of the vision of leadership, continuous technology innovation and the momentum in the Federal space.

2. GREAT FINANCIAL REWARDS. The pay range (commensurate with experience) is more than competitive from the beginning. However, the total value of the Total Rewards Package is even more significant. But, even better is the compound year-over-year impact on future net worth.

3. HIGHER FUTURE VALUE. Your “aggregate future earnings” is your most valuable personal asset (more than cars or houses); and so, seizing an opportunity to work for a globally recognized corporate brand (not just a “regional organization”) is one of the single-most important things you can do to increase your future market value…and future annual income.

4. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. This role is will give you access to a new pool of knowledge, tools and even more important, an opportunity to be a voice of influence over innovation, continuous improvement and technology are re-shaping the future of Federal talent. These experiences will make you significantly more desirable in the future for future opportunities. Literally, you are going to be paid to increase your future value.

5. CAREER FLEXIBILITY. Professionals with multi-client experience tend to be much more marketable over time. This phenomenon is experienced in the world of consulting; because the constant client-facing exposure to changing challenges and solutions creates 10 years of experience in just a few years. Furthermore, someone with multi-client consulting experience stays relevant and connected with trends that are currently disrupting the space.

6. ENERGY FROM DIVERSITY. A diverse network of individuals will fuel the creativity of solutions that teams create. This is a
place where you can bring yourself to work and be comfortable that others will do the same, without judgment. Universal respect
creates an environment where ideas thrive and the possibilities for solving challenges are endless.

7. FLEXIBILITY AND PREDICTABILITY. You have the freedom to plan your day according to your needs. Work can be done
from anywhere at any time, and you have the autonomy to decide how and when it gets done. Teams will create predictable
environments and practices so you are not caught off guard with a lot of last minute requests and unrealistic expectations, and
you can manage your life accordingly.

Comments on the Difference between the Manager and Senior Manager Roles

The best way to characterize the difference between the responsibilities of the Senior Manager and the Manager is to compare the roles to a CEO and COO in a typical business.

The Senior Manager functions as the “CEO” of the organization providing entrepreneurial, visionary leadership with a ten-year time span to the activity of strategically building the practice and developing client relationships by partnering with clients as a thought leader and human capital strategist/futurist.

The Manager functions as the “COO” of the organization developing a strategy to execute the vision and serving as the primary solution architect over the design, build, deploy and manage functions. The Senior Manager connects the client’s “why things need to change” with “what needs to change.” The Manager connects the “what needs to change” with options of “how to implement change” and then manages the implementation of the changes. Consultants on the team implement the change.

The Company will consider all qualified employment applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
